We have an office that deals exclusively with this. We quickly answer all the requests that are put to us, giving very detailed information on the technical characteristics. We also supply brochures and samples and obviously inform you of the costs of the products in question.         Assistance workshop We have a perfectly equipped mechanical workshop within our company. With this service we offer technical assistance and mechanical assistance to all of our clients, both on machinery that has been purchased from us and on that purchased from other suppliers.         Janni Ceschi complete guarantee: after 6 months if you’re not satisfied we’ll give you your money back Our six month GUARANTEE is valid for all of the articles and the machinery that we deal in: if you’re not satisfied with your purchase you have the possibility of bringing it back within the space of six months or obtaining a replacement product or reimbursement of the amount paid.         Replacement machinery in case of breakdowns In the case of breakdowns we will quickly give you replacement machinery with similar characteristics to that damaged.
